1. During installation, check whether the basic data listed on the product label meets the actual conditions of use;
2. During installation, the cable or wire is introduced into the terminal through the lead-in device, and then the sealing joint is clamped with a metal compression nut or an explosion-proof cable (with an anti-cable pull-out device, the rubber sealing ring is compressed to the cable seal, and attention should be paid to the outer diameter of the cable). Match with the lead-in device used (see the cable lead-in device mark or the table above for the outer diameter of the cable, do not cause the small cable to wear a large sealing ring, so as not to squeeze the seal tightly and affect the explosion-proof performance). Install explosion-proof isolation sealing boxes according to relevant national standards and regulations, and effectively block the inlet and outlet of unused cable entry devices;
3. Before using the product, check whether the parts are installed correctly, whether the wiring is accurate, and the sealing strip is intact;
4. The internal and external grounding of the product must be reliably grounded;
5. It is strictly forbidden to open the cover with electricity to ensure the safety of operators and the scene;
6. During installation and maintenance, the power supply of the front stage should be cut off before opening the cover. After opening the cover, check whether the parts are in good condition, and the damaged parts should be replaced in time;
7. During installation and maintenance, the sealing strip should be completely adhered to the groove, the flameproof joint surface should be evenly coated with 204-1 anti-rust oil, and the fastening screws should be tightened;
8. If the rubber sealing ring or gasket is found to be aged, cracked or lost during maintenance, immediately replace the rubber sealing gasket and ring with the same material and hardness as specified by the technical regulations (or replace the rubber seal with the same material and hardness as the technical specification by the manufacturer). Gaskets and rings (or contact the manufacturer to order), so as not to affect the explosion-proof and protective performance of the product;
9. When repairing the product, the replacement of metal parts must pay attention to the selection of materials to ensure the anti-corrosion performance of the product;
10. In order to ensure the normal operation of the product, the user must conduct regular inspections according to the following regulations:
1) External inspection and cleaning work, if the metal shell and parts are found to have peeling paint or corrosion rust, apply gauze to polish and clean, and then apply anti-rust paint;
2) Check whether the electrical performance of the product is in good condition;
3) It is recommended that users perform maintenance once every six months and certain maintenance once a year.
